Location: Ditch Witch West – Newark, CA
As a Service Writer, you will ensure all service department work orders are processed efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Your daily tasks include reviewing service and warranty work orders, assisting in shop workflow, checking in equipment for repairs, pulling parts for technicians, and helping customers.
To succeed, you should enjoy teamwork, be customer-focused, and maintain a positive attitude.
What You Need
- Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Compensation
$27.20 - $39.44/hr (Depending on experience)
