$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Our client in the wellness space is hiring a
TikTok Shop Marketing Coordinator! This role is tailored for individuals at the beginning of their careers in TikTok Shop marketing and relationship management. This role will be supporting the Director of TikTok Marketing in growing one of the most fast paced channels. Skills: Organizational Strength:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and relationships simultaneously Administrative Competence:
Comfort with updating documents, managing Discord permissions, and handling creator logistics Results-Oriented:
Motivated by metrics, growth, and impact; driven to improve processes Clear Communicator:
Able to articulate ideas and instructions effectively, both written and verbal Technical Familiarity:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel/Sheets and Outlook); Discord experience a plus Responsibilities: Discord & Community Management Maintain and optimize the Nello Discord by identifying and removing inactive or non-participating members. Identify promising creators who have previously collaborated with Nello but are not yet part of the Nello community. Update Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) tiers monthly and recognize top-performing creators. Daily share statistics to keep the community motivated and informed. Orchestrate with creators and help them promote our products with scheduled flash sales. Coordinate and send product samples to top-performing creators to foster deeper collaboration. Proactively scout and reach out to top TikTok Shop creators for collaboration opportunities. Identify and engage with micro-creators who align with the Nello brand voice and values. Manage product gifting initiatives to selected creators to encourage authentic content and promotion. Awareness Innovation Experiment with new content strategies beyond TikTok Shop Purchase and manage TikTok accounts dedicated solely to posting Nello content to expand brand visibility. Assist creators in setting up automation to streamline content distribution. Campaign Awards Coordination Organize and distribute awards for top-performing creators in various prize campaigns. Coordinate end-of-month award ceremonies to recognize and celebrate community achievements. Seniority level
