At Trackman, we are growing, as we are constantly striving to further develop our market-leading sport tracking solutions. This is why we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Simulator Design Project Manager in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Oversee all aspects of simulator installations within your region, from confirmation of design phase to completion of installation.Main point of contact for Client, Architect, General Contractor, and Electrician/AV Team to ensure space is built to specifications and all pre-installation requirements are met.Provide technical support to all Sales Representatives located within your territory. Hold biweekly calls with all sales representatives within your territory.Execute design calls with all stakeholders to outline expectations, confirm scope of work and dimensions to ensure seamless installation.Work in conjunction with Sim Design Coordinator ensuring all design schematics are accurate and aligned with the client’s vision.Order procurement for each project ensuring pricing and scope of work align with signed Purchase Agreement.Support installation specialists during the week of installation to ensure the design of the simulator is being executed properly.Hold weekly/bi-weekly calls with RIM’s & concierge to schedule site visits, receive feedback from the field, and assign appropriate installers to correct jobs based on difficulty.Monthly travel to execute site visits and meetings with Sales Reps.Requirements
Higher Education in Construction, Business, or Project Management.3+ years Construction Management experience.Own car with full driver’s license.Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile.Build and maintain relationships easily.Manage your own time effectively and efficiently.Analyze problems and provide well-thought-through solutions.Attention to detail; does not let anything slip through the cracks.Consider others’ views and demonstrate listening skills.Experience in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Navision, Monday.com, Google Sketch-up, or CAD.Join the home of a powerful sports brand and a one-of-a-kind technologyOur proprietary technology is based on expert knowledge about radar, computer vision, data, and software engineering.
