Skai is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Director of Field and Partner Marketing to spearhead our global marketing strategy. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in leading global events, regional marketing programs, and partner initiatives that elevate our brand presence and drive impactful results. Join us in shaping our market strategy and fostering strong partner relationships. Key Responsibilities: Events (60%):
Lead the global strategy for hosted and sponsored events, ensuring they align with our go-to-market priorities. Oversee all aspects of North American events, from planning and logistics to promotion and follow-up. Guide EMEA events through a regional direct report by providing strategic direction and support. Collaborate across departments to create compelling event content, engage relevant speakers, and craft messaging that resonates with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Analyze performance and ROI to refine future event strategies and enhance outcomes.
Field Marketing (20%):
Design and implement regional marketing plans that effectively drive pipeline growth and align with sales objectives. Work closely with sales and product marketing teams to customize campaigns for specific audiences and regions. Adapt and activate global campaigns to ensure relevance and impact in key markets. Create innovative regional programs that enhance Skai's visibility and brand perception.
Partner Marketing (20%):
Develop a global partner marketing strategy in collaboration with major partners such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Criteo, Google, and TikTok. Create tailored marketing plans to keep Skai top of mind within key partner networks. Collaborate with partners to co-create campaigns, content, and events that effectively leverage their platforms. Drive joint initiatives including webinars, case studies, and co-branded campaigns to cultivate pipeline growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partner teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Position Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in events and field marketing, ideally within B2B tech environments. Proven track record of organizing large-scale hosted events with over 200 attendees. Creative thinker who embraces innovation and is willing to explore new ideas. Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functionally across teams. Strong project management capabilities, adept at prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a focus on cultivating partner connections. The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity. Additional bonus compensation is also available. About Us:
