Edelman is seeking a Social Content Producer to join our New York-based team and work across our UGC offering called the Creator Bench.

Creator Bench is a social-first content offering. A general understanding of current social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate requests, build out scopes, assist with timeline development, and advise on Producer allocation and resourcing.
• Writing and reviewing client scopes for accuracy.
• Partner with the account teams, production, creative and finance leads across channels to ensure a smooth process, proper resource allocation, and a superior end result.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of various social content platforms and tools, and bring process innovation in how we manage our engagements.

Day to Day Tasks

• Develop and maintain scopes, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate and partner with Edelman’s integrated production network to ensure projects are staffed appropriately so that campaign launches are successful, and work is completed.
• Act as the point person for the Edelman network to assess client asks against Creator capabilities.
• Liaise with clients/agencies/suppliers to obtain schedules, briefs, assets, technical specifications.
• Partner with the Business Affairs team to manage and plan talent contracts.
• Work with the finance team to manage SOs, financial reporting, tracking, billing against all project budgets.
• Liaise with Production and talent for delivery of various projects.

Basic Requirements

• 5 years of project management or production experience in an agency or production company.
• Solid understanding of production and the creative development process, content production, Creator negotiations, and digital best practices.
• A professional and approachable demeanor, and the ability to thrive in the dynamic highly matrixed agency environment.
• Seasoned Problem Solving.
• Accountability and calm, confident presence.
• Natural and effective collaborator.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools e.g. Sharepoint etc.
