Part-Time Creative Lead (LA-Based Influencer). Potential to become Full-Time.
Location: Calabasas/Woodland Hills, CA – Hybrid (Remote & In-Person)
Compensation: $2,600–$3,200 per month (DOE)
Time Commitment: ~25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
We’re looking for a creative who lives and breathes content. Someone who knows exactly what works on Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram—and why. If you scroll and take notes, this might be for you.
You’ll be working directly with a highly-followed LA-based creator known for her clean, flirty aesthetic. Her content is focused on being cute & aesthetic.
Your role will be to help expand and refine this creative vision by developing content ideas that feel natural yet stand out, keeping her ahead of social trends while maintaining her current brand.
Responsibilities:
• Pitch High-Impact Ideas: Generate and pitch creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) to maximize engagement.
• Plan & Prep Shoots: Scout locations, gather props, and coordinate basic production needs (lighting, setup, timing) to bring concepts to life.
• Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the influencer during shoots to execute the creative vision and ensure the content aligns with planned concepts and goals.
• Trend Adaptation: Monitor emerging social media trends (including popular audio) and convert them into brand-aligned content ideas that fit the influencer’s style and voice.
• Maintain Brand Aesthetic: Ensure all content follows a consistent “clean girl” aesthetic (clean, polished, aspirational vibe) in line with the brand’s style.
Requirements:
• Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including each platform’s formats and what drives engagement.
• Content Creation: Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)

• Production Basics: Familiarity with lighting, composition, and smartphone filming to capture high-quality video with minimal gear.
• Eye for Aesthetics: Keen eye for detail and design; able to maintain a consistent, polished look across all content.
• Trend Awareness: Up-to-date on the latest social media trends and audio memes, with the creativity to adapt them to the brand’s voice.
• Local Availability: Los Angeles-based and able to attend in-person shoots in Calabasas/Woodland Hills (reliable transportation).
Preferred Experience:
• Influencer Collaboration: Experience working with social media influencers or personal brands.
• Lifestyle/Beauty Content: Familiarity with lifestyle, beauty, or wellness content trends and aesthetics.
• Creative Strategy: Background in social media strategy, digital marketing, or creative direction.
