TITLE Boxing Club Louisville- Studio Manager

TITLE Boxing Club Louisville is a boxing for fitness studio that focuses on the form and technique of the sport of boxing. TITLE offers a boxer’s training style workout that marries strength and cardio all in one. This workout helps clients improve speed, agility, stress-relief and over-all physical and mental health. Description: TITLE Boxing Club Louisville is looking for a passionate and supportive leader to oversee the studio. The Studio Manager is responsible for all aspects of studio performance, operations and growth, including, but not limited to, sales and local marketing, finance, inventory management, brand standards, facilities and team development. This position will facilitate studio community to help drive membership, revenue, and sales goal. Instill a sense of common responsibility and teamwork across club functions to maintain positive member and team member experience. The ideal candidate will be a leader who is self-motivated and has the ability to provide a premier customer experience for all clients.

Club Operations/Management

• Establish a fun, safe, healthy, and community-focused club culture that delivers high member satisfaction and achieves maximum profitability
• Ensure the execution of TITLE Boxing Club Member Operations standards among all club employees
• Resolve elevated club member concerns; conduct on-the-spot 'lessons learned' to prevent them from reoccurring
• Monitor club appearance and ensure that problems are resolved quickly at all times and deliver a clean, friendly and well-maintained environment

• Oversee studio operations and client services including group classes, private training, retail sales, and special studio events.
• Increase studio revenue through membership, client retention, and generating retail sales.
• Create and facilitate a studio community to enhance the member experience.
• Ensure a high percentage of membership enrollments through management of sales team, execution of club sales strategies, conduct trainings and personal selling as needed

• Drive membership through in-studio events (product sampling, partnerships, and influencer events), studio promotions and outreach.
• Support the marketing team with strategies targeting local market and VIP client/media relationship building.

• Foster and develop a high-performing studio by training, motivating and managing the front desk team including managing schedules, verifying staff hours, developing processes and procedures.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs of the studio to ensure it adheres to brand standard.
• Attend and participate in training programs and management meetings.

• 2 + years of prior management experience within health and fitness, luxury retail, or hospitality space.
• Must have an affinity and passion for fitness, wellness, and working with others.
• Experience in training and motivating team members.
• Confident in generating sales through management of digital lead, conversions, and daily inquiries about the studio.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Positivity, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and commitment to established goals.
• Ability to work well under pressure, problem solve, and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including occasional long hours, early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
