Unique Creative-Leadership Opportunity Leading a team of thinkers and doers, our Director of Creative Services oversees the development and execution of creative projects and ensures the delivery of innovative solutions that align with our brand vision and objectives.
This position reports to the U.S.-based Chief Marketing Officer, oversees a team of more than 20 design and video professionals based in the U.S. and South America, and partners with nearly 20 other Marketing Department team members.
The DCS manages the creative team's operations, including developing and implementing design strategies, overseeing the creation of marketing materials, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs that meet the needs of our various corporate entities.
We're looking for an experienced manager of people and projects who will inspire others, taking our creative to new levels as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate has a natural eye for design and a passion for inspiring through dynamic ideas and cutting-edge design.
What You'll DoLead a diversely talented, creative team in the production of a wide range of creative visual assets, including digital/online projects, presentation decks, video content, printed marketing collateral, facility decorative materials, and moreSpearhead and manage design strategy for both small- and large-scale projects, combining business strategies with compelling design and emerging technologies and channelsEmbrace new technology and tools to leverage AI in creative workSet clear goals and objectives for the Creative Services Team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluationsCollaborate with external vendors and agencies, ensuring productive partnerships and adherence to project requirements and timelinesCollaborate with the Marketing, Events, Business Development, HR, Real Estate, and Executive teams in identifying opportunities, developing corresponding marketing plans, and analyzing and optimizing resultsAnalyze brand effectiveness and market shareManage budgets, expenses, timelines, and project schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of projectsPrioritize work and resources across projects based on short- and long-term needs and goals, establishing processes for engagement and production schedulesConduct brainstorming sessions with creative team to develop innovative and influential creative deliverablesReview and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring quality control of deliverablesProduce fresh, innovative work that translates complex concepts into compelling print materials and digital experiences for both new and sophisticated audiences alike
Requirements
Education/Experience and Other Requirements10 years of related experience with 7+ years of creative direction in an agency or corporate settingProven track record of managing large teams of designers and video professionalsBachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related fieldHeavy project management experience, with a focus on creative directionProven experience creating marketing campaigns from development of vision and concepts to overseeing production on time and within budgetSkilled at leading and motivating a high-performing team of creative talentDazzling portfolio showcasing design skillsProficiency in project management software, Adobe Creative Design software, and other relevant toolsSpanish language skills a plusExperience in hyper-growth, premium B2B or B2C companies is a plusMust maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
