The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing integrated marketing campaigns and programs. In this position, you will support initiatives such as email marketing, social scheduling, event logistics, list management, and campaign building, ensuring the marketing calendar is maintained for smooth, timely execution. This role offers the opportunity to engage in all areas of marketing and innovate by leveraging emerging technologies like AI.
You Will:
- Event Logistics:
- In partnership with the Field and Programs Marketing Manager, coordinate tradeshow and event logistics including venue arrangements, vendor communications, booth shipping, vendor services, collateral orders, and on-site support.
- Maintain tradeshow booth(s) in a ready-to-go condition across global locations.
- Email Marketing:
- Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design, craft copy, and schedule email campaigns.
- Work closely with design and content teams to ensure consistency and quality in all email communications.
- Social Media Scheduling:
- Assist in scheduling social media posts and managing supporting content calendars to reinforce campaign messaging.
- List Management:
- Maintain and segment email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Campaign Building:
- Assist in the creation and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring all elements align with campaign goals.
- Marketing Calendar Management:
- Manage and update the marketing calendar, ensuring that all initiatives and deadlines are tracked and communicated across the team.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- In partnership with Marketing Operations and senior leaders, support the update and maintenance of key marketing analytics dashboards and reports.
- AI Enthusiast:
- Constantly explore ways to leverage AI in marketing operations to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of marketing-related experience (this can include internships or other roles).
- Ability to work in our Atlanta office at least one day per week.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Experience using marketing tools such as social media scheduling and email marketing platforms.
- A detail-oriented mindset with excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to travel as needed for tradeshows and events.
- A proactive attitude towards adopting new technologies, including AI, to enhance marketing operations.
