The Marketing Services Director is responsible for oversite of the brand, digital and direct marketing team, all direct marketing programs, adherence to brand standards, and timely and accurate delivery of all shared marketing services for our growing portfolio of companies. Responsibilities Collaborate with CMO, property marketing directors and the shared marketing team to facilitate effective acquisition, advertising, public relations, digital, social and direct marketing campaigns. Oversee the brand, digital and direct marketing teams and workflow to ensure timely and accurate Review property marketing materials against brand standards providing feedback and approvals. Conduct weekly status reviews with the property and direct marketing teams to ensure a high level of service and timeliness. Assist property marketing teams with effective copy writing for social media, promotional campaigns and press releases. Place Elite Casino Resorts advertising buys, facilitate messaging and art creative, and write and distribute press releases. Review property advertising and digital buys for best practices, Elite brand goals and cost efficiencies. Collaborate in the development, implementation, execution of strategies for brand, digital and direct marketing campaigns and the reinvestment strategy associated with them. Oversee external vendor communications to ensure efficient workflow and deadline delivery for direct marketing campaigns, competitive pricing, and adequate services. Refine customer contact management and lifecycle marketing guidelines managing the direct marketing workflow to standards. Interface with Elite Casino Resorts executives, property General Managers and Directors to support marketing needs and build strong relationships. Create and distribute standard operating procedures for the areas of oversite. Regular travel to all Elite Casino Resorts locations is required. Responsible for the confidentiality and integrity of customer information within the database. Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and report potential issues in a timely manner. Assure an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments. Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests. Support current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior. Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment. Job duties, tasks, work hours, work requirements, and other duties as assigned may be added or changed at any time. Qualifications Bachelors or Master’s degree or 4 or more years work experience in Direct Marketing, Brand Management, and Digital Marketing. 4+ years of multi-client brand management experience and demonstrated creative campaign building experience. Exceptional copy writing skills with 4+ years-experience writing copy for press releases, advertising and sales materials. 4+ years-experience managing SEO and creating and placing digital and social media campaigns Minimum of 4 years-experience managing a creative design team for multiple or locations. 1+ years-experience working at a high-volume agency servicing multiple clients is preferred. Hospitality or casino resort experience is preferred. Ability to effectively use systems such as Microsoft Office products, Project Management Software, Customer Database Software. Has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality including, but not limited to, player activity, financial data, marketing plans, and policies. Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results. Ability to solve complex problems and maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time. Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures and in an interruptive environment. Ability to perform a broad variety of tasks and deadlines with an irregular work schedule. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of employees in both oral and written form. Seniority level
