Social Media Manager

Job Summary

I.OVERVIEW:

We’re growing—and looking for a creative powerhouse to join one of the top-performing branches at Supreme Lending. If you live and breathe social media, love working on a team, and are ready to help tell the stories of 15+ mortgage professionals (and counting), this is your chance to build something big!

II.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and manage 20+ loan officer social media accounts
• Write engaging captions and build out monthly content calendars
• Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok’s, and other platforms.)
• Engage with audiences—commenting, liking, and replying on behalf of our LOs
• Create on-brand graphics using Canva
• Strategize and execute local campaigns, giveaways, and recruiting content
• Stay on top of trends and algorithm updates across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Potentially support a new podcast launch (light editing and coordination)
• Use tools like CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Later/Planoly, or similar-to schedule content

III.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Excellent writing skills (you know how to stop the scroll with a great hook)
• Canva experience required
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Bonus points for experience in mortgage, real estate, or recruiting content
