Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a RV Service Writer located in Stuart, FL. The RV Service Writer will be responsible for managing and scheduling ROs, technicians and customers. You will need phone etiquette, ensure customer satisfaction, provide excellent customer service, maintain computer literacy skills, and effective communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Computer Literacy and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience as a service writer in the RV industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
