Job Description Are you fluent in TikTok trends and Instagram Reels? A creative storyteller with a passion for crafting scroll-stopping content? We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our collaborative team and lead social strategy and content development for a variety of brands. This hybrid role is based in Naperville, IL , offering a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. What You’ll Do Develop and drive multi-platform social strategies tailored to each brand’s unique voice and objectives Create engaging short-form content with a strong focus on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories Plan and execute influencer partnerships—from sourcing creators to managing contracts and deliverables Oversee publishing schedules, engage with online communities, and monitor audience interactions Analyze performance metrics and use insights to refine content and strategy Stay current with social trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our work ahead of the curve What You Bring 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social channels in an agency or brand setting Proven ability to lead influencer marketing efforts across platforms Strong instincts for content creation, including video briefing or direction Excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for tone, timing, and engagement Proficiency with scheduling and analytics platforms like Sprout, Later, or Meta Business Suite Collaborative mindset and the ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love working on a variety of brands, and are always thinking one trend ahead, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
