We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist proficient in SEO and paid ads to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic digital marketing initiatives to increase online visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads through organic and paid channels.
Main Responsibilities/Functions:
Paid Advertising:
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Optimize ad copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.Manage the day-to-day execution of paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.SEO Management:
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.Develop and implement link-building strategy.Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.Use data-driven marketing to guide all decisions related to campaigns and strategies.Create and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 2+ years experience required in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, paid adsStrong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms such as Google AnalyticsUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
There are prolonged periods of sitting, standing and working at a computer and on the phone with a headset. Traveling may be required.
