Summary
The Operations Coordinator will provide support for BAA’s national operations team, including the National Director and SVP, Operations and Labor. This is a junior level role that is heavily administrative. There are long-term growth opportunities within the role which will include added responsibilities within the department. It’s a busy, hardworking but laidback environment where humor is always welcome.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft and send e-mails and track action items and deadlines
- Set up and maintain spreadsheets
- Edit and organize PDFs in Adobe Pro.
- Learn new business-specific software programsData Entry
- Checking various materials for accuracy
- Coordinate, review, and perform engagement settlements.
- Special seasonal projects as needed.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred.

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret pricing proposals and negotiations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to communicate with colleagues both inside and outside the company at all levels.
- Ability to draft and send e-mails in MS Outlook along with follow up, as needed.
