Freelance YouTube & Social Media Expert Consultant
to elevate our new on-the-street reality dating series to viral success! About the job: CandyJar has begun filming an exciting on-the-street reality dating show filmed in Dolores Park, San Francisco, where we set up strangers on impromptu dates. We're confident in our content, but we need your expertise to help it reach its full potential on YouTube and other social platforms. What You'll Do: You'll be the strategic mastermind behind our online presence, responsible for: Comprehensive Content Audit:
Diving deep into our existing "Street Meet" videos and YouTube channel analytics to identify what's working and, more importantly, what's holding us back. YouTube Optimization:
Providing actionable recommendations on everything from video titles, descriptions, and tags to optimal posting times and thumbnail strategies. You'll ensure our content is perfectly tailored for YouTube's algorithm and audience. Weekly Performance Reviews:
Analyzing video performance data and delivering insightful feedback on how we can improve our filming techniques and show structure to create content that's primed for viral success on YouTube and other social media. Content Scheduling & Management:
For 2-5 videos per week, you'll be responsible for scheduling them on YouTube with the ideal titles, descriptions, tags, and posting times. Who You Are: We're looking for a data-driven, creative strategist with: 2+ years of proven experience
in YouTube content creation and optimization, including developing and executing video concepts, writing compelling titles, selecting effective tags, and strategizing posting times and thumbnails. Demonstrated success
in growing YouTube channels from scratch into viral hits or significantly contributing to the success of established channels. Deep understanding of social media SEO and analytics
, specifically as they relate to YouTube. Ideally, experience with "on-the-street" content, reality shows, or reality dating show content. An analytical mind that can translate data into clear, actionable strategies. Compensation: This is a
