Trend Spotting: Monitor spikes in social conversations, flag trends, and provide real-time insights to clients. Content Creation: Develop error-free, brand-aligned messaging and campaigns. Crisis Management: Deliver rapid response and standardized reporting during high-volume periods. Strategy Development: Contribute to social media audits, KPIs, and process improvements. Requirements:
2-4 years in community management (social media/paid media experience a plus). Proficiency in Sprinklr (or similar enterprise tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social). Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends/holidays). Analytical mindset with strong writing and presentation skills.
