We provide expert consulting services to organizations across various industries, helping them navigate complex HR and compliance issues.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media and Communication Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker based in Nigeria, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and developing communication strategies to promote our brand and services. This is an individual contributor role, and you will not be responsible for managing any other team members.Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain Elohim Consulting Group's social media presence across various platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).2. Content Creation: Develop and create engaging content (posts, tweets, articles, etc.) that promotes our brand, services, and expertise.3. Communication Strategy: Develop and implement communication strategies to promote our services, events, and news.4. Brand Management: Ensure consistency of our brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social media platforms.5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on engagement, reach, and other relevant metrics.6. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to support our social media and communication efforts.7. AI Knowledge: Utilize AI tools and platforms to optimize social media content, engagement, and analytics.Requirements:1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or communications.3. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create engaging content. Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).4. AI Proficiency: Proficiency in AI tools and platforms, or willingness to learn within 8 weeks of resuming in role.5. Graphic Design: Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), or willingness to learn within 3 months in role.6. Time Zone: Ability to work EST time zone on a part-time basis (minimum 20 hours/week).7. Reliability: Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Compensation:- Hourly rate: 1,875 per hour- Minimum hours per week: 20 hours- Compensation payment: Monthly, on the 3rd of every month- Logging hours and projects: Required to log hours and projects worked on GUSTO, our HRIS system- Internet Allowance: N15,000 monthly internet allowance to support your remote workWhat We Offer:1.
