- Rate: $35-40/hr
- Onsite in NYC
- Entertainment/TV experience highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage daily social media operations across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and X.
- Schedule posts accurately and efficiently.
- Write engaging, on-brand copy for multiple platforms.
- Optimize YouTube uploads using metadata best practices and create compelling thumbnails.
- Stay updated on platform trends to keep the brand culturally relevant.
- Monitor social conversations, gather feedback, and identify issues and opportunities.
- Source and repost engaging influencer and fan content.
- Potential for video editing in Adobe Premiere.
- Attention to Detail - Ensure accuracy in all posts, viewed by millions.
- Strong Writing - Creative, clear, and grammatically correct copywriting.
- Creative Thinking - Contribute fresh ideas to enhance social engagement.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Premiere, and social scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout, Meta Business Suite).
- Professional social media experience with knowledge of platform best practices.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of digital content and marketing principles.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends when needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Media, Journalism, Communication, or a related field.
