As a Field Marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building community connections through pop-up event activations.

This role requires delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge at in-person events—attracting and educating potential customers about SpaceTime drinks, gathering feedback, and fostering a positive brand image. You will represent SpaceTime at experiential activations, pop-up events, tasting sessions, in-store demos, and special projects. This role reports to the Founders. Responsibilities:
Participate in onboarding training (about 2–3 hours) to practice our pop-up SOP and get to know your teammates—lunch provided. Keep track of our event calendar and confirm your availability for assigned events. Arrive on time with professionalism and collaborate with teammates to set up the booth. Engage passersby with samples, connect with them, and educate them about our products. Close sales and process transactions using our POS system. Build customer relationships and gather feedback to maximize event effectiveness. Develop processes and key metrics to evaluate event performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure professional execution of all events and demos. Optionally, collaborate with management to align event strategy with broader brand goals, including budget management and resource allocation.
