The Graphics Installer is an important team member and often a key on-site contact for our clients. A keen eye for detail and artistic skills are essential, as the installation process significantly impacts the project's success.
The position starts as a freelance role, with potential to transition into part-time or full-time employment. You will be empowered to make decisions, execute programs, and achieve results, all within a fun, creative, and supportive environment.
Primary Roles And Responsibilities
- Complete site surveys to ensure accurate measurements
- Communicate professionally with clients throughout the process
- Install graphics on various surfaces including walls, windows, floors, and ceilings
- Wrap commercial vehicles (partial or full wraps)
- Cut, shape, heat, and apply graphics with proper techniques
- Complete installations and document the work with photos
- Work indoors and outdoors, performing physical labor and artistic tasks
- Maintain high attention to detail and quality
Required Skills
- At least 1 year of experience with large format sign and graphics projects
- Experience in Vinyl Production - Taping, Weeding, Masking
- Motivated, positive attitude, problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and swing a 3 lb hammer
Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
