We are looking for a Head of Marketing and Growth to drive the next wave of AI adoption, transforming how people interact with advanced AI search technology. What You Will Be Doing
Develop a PLG strategy that aligns with our business objectives, emphasizing the product experience to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
Work cross-functionally with product teams to embed marketing strategies within the product lifecycle, ensuring that the product speaks for itself and serves as the primary growth engine.
Event Marketing and Brand Activation:
Strategically plan and execute a calendar of industry events, including webinars, conferences, workshops, and trade shows, to generate buzz, nurture leads, and cement our brand as a thought leader.
Design pre- and post-event communication plans to maximize engagement and convert event participants into product users and evangelists.
Bottom-Up Product Adoption:
Craft and execute marketing campaigns that encourage end-user discovery and adoption, fostering a community of advocates and driving organic growth.
Implement a metrics-driven approach to track user behavior, feedback, and conversion paths to refine and personalize user journeys.
Account Based Marketing:
Strategic Account Targeting & Customization: Lead the development and execution of tailored ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts, driving personalized marketing campaigns and fostering deep relationships with key decision-makers to enhance conversion rates and revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Performance Measurement: Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on account goals, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize ABM initiatives for maximum impact and ROI.
Content and Digital Marketing:
Lead content creation that supports PLG and SEO efforts, ensuring a seamless omnichannel presence from social media to email campaigns.
Optimize our digital footprint with a focus on SEO, content marketing, and targeted social media campaigns with influencers that complement our PLG and event efforts.
Analytics and Market Intelligence:
Leverage market research and analytics tools to understand our competitive landscape, customer segments, and product positioning, turning insights into actionable growth strategies.
Regularly report on marketing KPIs, including event ROI, PLG metrics, and user acquisition costs, adjusting strategies in real time to optimize performance.
Leadership and Team Development:
Assemble and nurture a marketing team of contractors and FTEs that is passionate about product-led and event-driven marketing, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.
Encourage continuous learning and adaptation to ensure the team stays ahead of industry trends and marketing best practices.
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring strategic investment in high-impact growth areas and maintaining fiscal discipline to maximize ROI.
