Key Responsibilities : Marketing Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan focused on lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Digital Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to attract new prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Analytics & Performance Tracking : Leverage data and analytics to assess campaign effectiveness, refine strategies, and maximize ROI. Lead Nurturing & Conversion : Design and execute targeted nurture programs to convert leads into sales opportunities based on behavioral insights and engagement trends. SEO / SEM & PPC Strategy : Enhance content distribution, improve search visibility, and optimize paid media efforts to increase audience reach. Brand Visibility & Industry Influence : Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers to strengthen brand credibility. Sales Alignment & Collaboration : Work closely with sales and business development teams to create aligned marketing and sales strategies that effectively communicate the value of ERP solutions. Content Development : Create compelling video, graphic, and written content that supports marketing goals and resonates with target audiences. Pipeline Growth : Drive marketing initiatives aimed at increasing the sales pipeline, with success measured by SQL growth and pipeline value. Ideal Candidate : Proven experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing within the B2B SaaS or ERP industry. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and campaign optimization. Expertise in SEO / SEM, PPC, content marketing, and marketing automation tools. Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with a focus on lead conversion and revenue impact. Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and business development teams.
