Job DescriptionJoin us as a Sr. Product Manager Contractor, IBD HCP Marketing - Gastroenterology in our Lexington, MA office. As a Sr. Product Manager Contractor, you will be empowered to develop and lead marketing programs, contributing to our mission by being a key player within the neuro-development franchise.A Typical Day Will Include:Oversees, builds and integrates Personal Promotion Field Resources and Leave behinds, and Non-Personal Promotion assets across the HCP ecosystem for Crohn’s and UC within HCP Marketing.Identifies and recommends relevant programs and tactics within the HCP channel as part of the Integrated Omni-Channel Customer Plan to pull through Brand Strategies and create meaningful and differentiated customer experiences for HCPs.Develops operational plan for campaign execution, sets metrics and measurement plan.Continuously monitors campaign performance within the channel, evaluates, tests, and optimizes channel performance. Reports on campaign performance and status.Translates data into actionable insights to enhance customer experience.Navigates campaigns through medical, legal, and regulatory reviews.Identifies and manages agencies, holding them accountable to our policies, standards, timelines, and budgets.Effectively manages internal centralized partners, vendors, and agencies' work product and budget for assigned programs. Makes recommendations to optimize investment mix.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree3-5+ years of progressive experience in marketing rolesBe a team player that is readily willing to help other strategic marketers in a fast-paced environmentDeep understanding of digital marketing with analytics and test-and-learn mindsetAbility to think big picture but also manage execution and set direction of multiple tactics by engaging key stakeholders within our company and with agency representativesProficiency in developing marketing strategy and tactic design with an ability to communicate ideas to internal partners and external agenciesAbility to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across key stakeholdersAbility to effectively mobilize internal and external resources and make trade-offsStrong influencing, communication, and presentation skillsDesired Qualifications:Experience in sales force and/or supporting the sales organizationExperience in the therapeutic areaExperience in commercial pharmaceutical or with an innovative Healthcare-related organizationSkills:Industry knowledge - understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and ability to quickly learn the disease stateProduct knowledge - ability to quickly learn products and brand strategies and tie to patient journeyCommunication - ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and in writing, in a persuasive and appropriate mannerBudgeting - manage expenses and ROI with agencies, vendors, and across initiativesManagement - ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes, and direct people as necessary
