Position Summary
The Resources for Living (RFL) Engagement Team is looking for a dedicated Communications Account Manager to promote and support communication needs of the Resources for Living Employee Assistance Program for a specific national Plan Sponsor. You will work directly with the RFL Engagement team dedicated Marketing and Communications Account Manager and the client to learn their culture and create a strategic promotional plan to engage members in the Resources for Living program to drive engagement with all their mental well-being benefits. This includes working directly with the client, RFL dedicated Marketing and Communications Account Manager and Account Executives, Aetna medical Communications Account Manager, Aetna Medical creative team, RFL Engagement team (Communications & Website), RFL operations subject matter experts, and other colleagues as needed to support the client’s communications needs.
You will be responsible for tracking all requests, documenting notes, and ensuring all content is up-to-date. You will bring new creative ideas and suggestions to help promote the program. You will also provide timely, quality deliverables and meet aggressive deadlines; maintain positive, supportive relationships with coworkers; and handle multiple projects and expected work volume. Additionally, you will be expected to assist in the production of communications through various methods, including planning, writing and basic design, as well as learning and championing CVS Health and RFL brand standards.
Fundamental Components
Support planning, development and production of promotional materials and collateral materials for a dedicated national plan sponsor
Work directly with the Team Lead dedicated Marketing and Communications Account Manager, Account Executives and Plan Sponsor to develop an annual promotional calendar and fulfill custom requests, as needed
Present content and materials to client in working sessions
Collaborates with the overall engagement team to ideate new content materials that will benefit and meet the Plan Sponsor’s need
Meet urgent deadlines for immediate requests that are outside of the normal turnaround timeframe.
Ensure all custom content on the Plan Sponsor Member and Leader website are up-to-date and makes recommendations on new content.
Work to support the engagement needs by writing content and collaborating with dedicated team
Required Qualifications
5 plus years of experience in marketing and communications, including copywriting for flyers, e-cards, posters, etc. and design of PowerPoint
5 plus years of experience in MS Office 365 or higher and Teams (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with proficient skills
Excellent writing skills, be detail oriented and have very good editing skills.
Excellent verbal and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with Adobe InDesign or Photoshop.
Experience in marketing and communications, including design of PowerPoint presentations and copywriting for flyers, e-cards, posters, etc.
Knowledge of behavioral health, employee assistance programs, work life and wellness programs
If a CVS/Aetna/RFL employee, familiarity with communications processes (Quality Writing, Legal approvals, Brand standards)
Education
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience in marketing or communications field
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
