The Role
The Senior Creative Designer develops marketing materials such as direct mail, digital media, print collateral, and signage for the corporate team and affiliates. Responsibilities include leading projects, making strategic design decisions, mentoring team members, and collaborating with various departments to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level ideas into compelling marketing assets following brand guidelines.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are on-brand and optimized across mediums.
- Mentor team members to meet creative standards.
- Produce digital media including motion graphics for various platforms.
- Organize and archive design projects per company standards.
- Communicate effectively with leadership and vendors.
- Contribute to operational goals and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorm sessions with various business partners.
- Maintain high customer service standards and address issues proactively.
- Other duties as assigned.
Competencies
- Exemplary typography skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to read, write, and create specifications for digital and print media.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications; knowledge of digital signage software a plus.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a State Gaming License.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 6+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating talent and innovation.
- Experience in an agency or in-house creative marketing department preferred.
- Experience in Casino Marketing preferred.
- Expertise in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).

Target Salary Range
- $60,000 - $65,000 annually.
