We’re seeking a data-driven problem solver with a growth mindset to join the Global Demand Generation team as the Demand Generation Manager, Paid Media/SEM. With deep expertise in paid search and acquisition strategies, you will play a crucial role in our team’s success, owning our largest paid media channel and scaling experimentation. You will manage a multi-million dollar annual budget, support the execution of account-based marketing campaigns, and develop A/B and multi-variate testing roadmaps to unlock growth, efficiency, and audience insights.
Working closely with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, Web, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, you’ll build, optimize, and scale targeted paid campaigns to support account-based marketing efforts and lead acquisition strategies.
You have:
- Deep expertise in paid digital channels / performance marketing across search, social, and display channels (3+ years preferred). Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns at scale is a must.
- Strong analytical mindset. Experience analyzing large datasets, website metrics, and internal conversion data with a proven ability to translate data insights into action.
- Proven track record of achieving Conversion (MQL, Opportunity, Pipeline, Revenue) and Efficiency targets; optimizing to reduce cost-per-acquisition, and improve conversion rates in order to hit target.
- Experience successfully building and executing an experimentation roadmap (i.e. A/B and multi-variate testing for creatives, messaging, landing page, bid strategies)
- Highly proficient with analytical tools (Excel, Looker, Google Analytics, Salesforce)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to drive projects forward across multiple teams and manage multiple campaigns at once
- You are a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset — you strive to unblock yourself and others, fix what’s broken, learn new tools and take ownership where needed to move the needle
- Experience marketing B2B and/or SaaS products
You will:
- Paid Search: Own the day-to-day management and optimization of our paid search programs to deliver against MQL, Pipeline, CAC and ROAS targets across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Account-based Marketing: build, deploy and launch paid media campaigns across paid social, display, content syndication, against our target segments and personas, in partnership with our ABX team.
- Landing Page: Drive optimization via experimentation on landing pages in close collaboration with Web, Design and Product Marketing
- Insights: provide deep insights into campaign performance, audience analytics, and more through regular analysis, reporting cadences, and feedback loops with the broader marketing team.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. Base Salary Range (US): $116,400 - $133,000 USD
