About The Role
We seek a modern visual thinker, part graphic designer, part space visualizer, part social strategist, ready to craft innovative campaigns and understand strategic execution. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and confident in video creation and editing, capable of partnering with strategists, writers, and media experts to produce compelling work that reflects current advertising and media landscapes.
Responsibilities of a Sr. Art Director, Creative Lab
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, and the Creative Director to generate campaign ideas across diverse clients.
- Build strong client relationships, demonstrating leadership, empathy, and positive engagement.
- Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality, timely, and on-brand work.
- Lead creative development, including concept creation, visual identity, and content production for social-first campaigns.
- Manage creative quality, provide feedback, and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Present and iterate on creative concepts with clients, leading stakeholder discussions and feedback.
- Contribute to thought leadership on trends and best practices in creative work.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10+ years in art direction, design, or video production.
- 3+ years managing direct reports.
- Excellent communication skills and extensive client management experience.
- Proven leadership in creative team management.
- Passion for digital marketing and a holistic understanding of conceptual thinking.
