Execution Analysis
Oversee the management of all branding, consideration, and revenue-driving channels including Affiliates, Paid Social, Shopping, Paid Search, CTV, and as applicable DisplayServe as the initial touchpoint for day-to-day management of Steve Madden US acquisition marketing programs, wholly owning tactical strategy and collaborating closely with the Dr, Acquisition Marketing EVP, Marketing on higher level strategic decisionsManage overall digital marketing budget and, in partnership with digital agency and affiliate agency, understand spend effectiveness and optimizations for Steve Madden USAnalyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvementDevelop and maintain key performance metric reports that track the efficacy of implemented strategiesLead communication with affiliate publisher partners, identifying new opportunities and scaling publisher performanceDevelop creative playbook with evolving best practices by partner to maximize performance potential at all key touchpointsCross Functional Responsibilities
Monthly billing tracking for all brandsFacilitate the set-up of digital accounts and assist in the implementation or troubleshooting of relevant technical or development tasksCollaborate with the Director of Acquisition Marketing to ensure best practices are applied to all brands and campaigns in the full portfolioHelp inform recommendations for acquisition strategies as part of the acquisition team (new channels, audiences, tactics, bidding strategies, targeting options)Work cross-functionally with internal creative and influencer teams to execute key initiatives and to ensure they produce a high volume of assets to ensure high frequency of testingClearly communicate results to executives and other marketing team members, succinctly articulating the drivers of over/underperformanceQualifications
Bachelor's degree4+ years of related experience, retail, ecomm and/or fashion experience preferredStrong background in analytics and reportingExperience managing large media budgets and multi-channel paid marketing campaignsHighly skilled in marketing platforms including previous hands-on experience in Facebook and/or Google AdsHighly skilled in affiliate marketing with track record of scaling programsProven track record of meeting or exceeding business targetsStrong Google Analytics and MS Office/ Excel skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlinesStrong project management, attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small mentalityMust be able to work both as a team member and independently.Must be flexible to adapt to shifting prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both written and oral
Salary Range:The pay range of this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
