What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead comprehensive planning and execution of regional and national trade shows, conferences, and regional events
Coordinate event design and onsite execution with various internal teams to ensure consistent branding and successful lead generation
Manage event ROI, budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, and timelines while identifying and mitigating risks
Evaluate and improve trade show workflows and operations using event management platforms
Provide mentorship and guidance for junior team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
6+ years of professional experience in event planning and management, specifically in trade shows and conferences
Ability to travel domestically (up to 35% of the time)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proven experience managing a high volume of events with multiple stakeholders
Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in event management and CRM software (Monday.com, Hubspot, Salesforce preferred)
Demonstrated capability in budget management and ROI tracking
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
