Product Designer
to provide in-house user experience expertise to design mobile and web application features for Voloridge Health products. The ideal Product Designer candidate will have a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be an independent thinker and skilled at nurturing the user experience through different stages of the product life cycle.Summary of Job FunctionsThe Product Designer will be responsible for the following:Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate UI/UX design ideas and conceptsConducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisionsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate UI/UX concept designs and implement user-centered solutions for mobile and web applications, with an emphasis on mobile applicationsIterating on UI/UX designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders to continually improve the user experienceTranslating the goal of the product into a functional user experience throughout each stage of the product life cycleEnsuring consistency and adherence to design standards and best practices across all digital productsStaying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovativeMinimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Engineering, or another related fieldAt least 3 years of UX design experience for mobile product designMust have an understanding of native mobile app design guidelines for iOS and AndroidProficiency in digital design tools, such as FigmaExperience in all phases of the user experience design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testingAbility to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedbackA well-rounded UI/UX portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectivesLeadership and creative problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailPreferred Skills or ExperienceExperience with marketing and/or communication designExperience managing consumer products leveraging AI, machine learning, and personalization, with a proven track record of prioritizing and successfully launching impactful productsStrong data analysis skills to inform design decisionsWorking knowledge of interactive design, animation, and illustrationAbility to work on-site in Jupiter, FloridaCompensation and BenefitsHighly competitive base salaryHealth, dental, vision, life, disability insurance401kCredit and Identity Monitoring Service
