The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in growth or acquisition marketing, with a strong focus on D2C eCommerce and retail growth, particularly within the supplement, nutrition, or CPG sectors. The role involves leading new product launches and strategic growth initiatives, with an emphasis on top-of-the-funnel activities to enhance customer acquisition and retention across digital and potential future retail channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing tools such as influencer marketing and data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and identify high-performing channels for sustainable growth.
