The Sr. Website Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and management of fictiv.com to increase conversions, deliver an exceptional user experience, and ultimately drive revenue.You will report to the Director of Acquisition & Web.What You’ll Be Doing
The Sr. Website Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the website, leading a strategy focused on achieving business objectives. This role will focus on both a top-and-bottom of the funnel strategy, laying out a roadmap to optimize conversions from lead acquisition to meetings booked.Working on the small-but-mighty Acquisition team within the broader Growth Marketing org, this is a player/coach role. You’ll be working to strategize and execute your own initiatives while simultaneously guiding and mentoring a team.Responsibilities
Conversion Rate Optimization
Optimize the website to maximize conversion rates in support of pipeline targets.Conduct frequent and relentless A/B testing to optimize the user journey and conversions, prioritizing fast learnings and impact on the prospect lifecycle.
Website Content Management
Manage the workflow for new site projects and incoming change requests, working with stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.Conduct consistent analyses to identify areas that are in need of updating, working cross-functionally to execute those updates.Manage reporting and analytics tools across web properties and provide perspective on what’s working or what’s not - providing an action plan for improvement.
Mentorship as a Team Lead
Manage a rockstar team of an SEO consultant, Marketing Specialist, Sr. Website Developer, and Website Developer. Lead with trust, transparency, and a service-first mentality for your team.
Data and Analysis
Be the expert in website analytics and tracking. Build dashboards and reports to consistently monitor performance and report to stakeholders on a consistent basis. Obsess over the numbers, continually digging deeper to uncover learnings.Enable other teams to track applicable website metrics for their goal tracking and success.
Project Management and Collaboration
Own and manage the website roadmap, partnering across the team to execute on your initiatives.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Brand, Content Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams to align on projects and priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Marketing or Business.Minimum 7+ years of experience in Website Strategy with 1+ years management experience. Wordpress, HTML, and CSS experience preferred.You consistently stay on top of the latest news and information related to digital marketing and website strategy.You consider yourself both left-brained and right-brained, showing strength in data analysis with the ability to think critically and offer creative approaches to problems.You’re customer-obsessed, learning about the different customer personas to deliver them an exceptional experience on the website.You’re skilled in digging into the data with the ability to tell a story based on the numbers.You have excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation.You thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment; you’re excited by the opportunity to wear a lot of hats.You’re comfortable with ambiguity and show agility in a changing environment.You love learning and learning quickly - prioritizing speed and constant iterations. You can’t wait to share your findings with the team.You’re a team player, bringing your perspective and expertise to strengthen the team, but also learning from others along the way.You’re an excellent mentor and have a track record for building high-performing teams.Experience with Tools
