The Role
The Senior Visual Designer is responsible for conceptual development of design solutions and the execution of creative deliverables, including producing and communicating concepts, leading brainstorming meetings, interacting with marketing teams, and pitching campaigns to clients and stakeholders. The Senior Visual Designer should possess strong creative skills and the ability to align creative practices with organizational goals. This position requires proven experience in creative environments, a strong design sense, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Job Description
- Title: Sr Visual Designer
- Location: Altamonte Springs, FL
- Schedule: Monday-Friday – Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Concept and develop creative approaches for projects, ensuring consistency with brand standards and strategic positioning.
- Support efforts to align creative designs with business goals and participate in brainstorming and conceptualization.
- Mentor junior visual designers.
- Review branding development, issues, and applications.
Qualifications
- Solid aesthetic awareness and understanding of design principles.
- Proficiency in delivering polished presentations that demonstrate creative and strategic alignment.
- Creativity and authenticity in work and brand representation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships and support marketing strategies.
Education and Experience
- 5+ years in Graphic Design, Branding, or Marketing with demonstrated success.
- Experience in art-directing photo shoots.
