Overview
Assembly is looking for a Coordinator to join the Video, Audio, Display (VAD) Connected Partnerships team. The role involves supporting the planning, negotiation, and execution of digital media buys across platforms like linear TV, digital display, and streaming services. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external media partners to ensure effective campaign delivery and performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage client media schedules and budgets throughout campaign durations.
- Track delivery performance to ensure client success during campaign flighting.
- Prepare quarterly post-buy analysis and reporting promptly.
- Coordinate with the AP team to clear client billing efficiently.
- Maintain client budgets and reconciliation processes across all investments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with media vendors.
- Manage day-to-day communication with vendors and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Word.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation
The target base salary range in the U.S. is $50,000, influenced by experience, skills, and location.
