Overview
Provide supervision and clinical leadership to Psychology and Social Work staff, including individual and group supervision, teaching, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
Oversee and clinically supervise all evaluation and treatment activities, monitoring program components to maintain high-quality standards and provide support to staff.
Assign and supervise triage evaluations and psychological testing, serving as the primary representative to the courts and offering consultation on forensic issues to both staff and students.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality treatment, psychological and social work assessments, behavioral plans, and other clinical services, while maintaining responsibility for both process and service quality.
Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural diversity, treating individuals served as unique and considering their cultural backgrounds in care and treatment. Address the age-specific needs of residents through individualized and developmentally appropriate care.
