Stantec Architecture & Interior Design in Boston
Your Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic emerging professional Interior Designer with at least 5-10 years of experience who is self-motivated, possesses excellent technical and design skills and can work independently. As a critical member of our team-based approach, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile designs, grow our practice, and make a meaningful impact to our communities. This is a hybrid role expected to be in the office minimum 24 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in the design process developing ideas, establishing design direction, and developing options that achieve programmatic goals
Actively participate in presentations and meetings with clients or municipalities
Take ownership of specific tasks or project components and lead individuals and teams in design development
Direct and develop design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, & details, evaluate material options, and coordinate with consultant team
Manage construction delivery and work independently to respond to RFI's, review submittals, complete site visits and prepare field reports
Qualifications:
Strong technical skills with high proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, visualization and graphics software.
Excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design.
LEED AP and NCIDQ preferred
Great team player with excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience.
