Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visual content that embodies the PURALIMA brand across various platforms, including menus, packaging, promotional materials, merchandise, and digital media. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in design software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Design: Create and update menus that are clear, engaging, and consistent with our brand identity.
- Marketing Collateral: Develop flyers, posters, social media graphics, and other promotional materials for campaigns and events.
- Merch Designs: Create designs intended to print on hats and other clothing items.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand standards based on our pre-established brand guidelines across all design outputs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, culinary, and operations teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.
- Production-Ready Files: Prepare and deliver print-ready files to vendors, ensuring high-quality production.
- Innovation: Propose new creative ideas to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in the food, beverage, or hospitality industries, or equivalent educational experience.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Design Skills: Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Knowledge of print production processes and working with printers/vendors a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to preparing production-ready files and reviewing proofs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting ideas.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Industry: Experience in restaurant or retail design preferred.
