Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Develop visually compelling graphics for digital and print, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and website assets.
- Create branded templates for consistent messaging across platforms.
- Design motion graphics, GIFs, and short videos for multimedia campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce on-brand visuals.
- Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials.
Social Media Coordination
- Develop and implement social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to enhance brand messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Experience with video editing software like Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and audiences.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Photography and videography experience.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Familiarity with SEO and paid social media advertising.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress is a bonus.
