Specific activities may change from time to time.Ensure system availability, recoveryProvide daily management of content management system infrastructure and assure service availabilityMaintain all environments including Development, QA, and Production environmentsWork with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure quality productsResponsible for documenting all maintenance proceduresMaintain policies and procedures to ensure regulatory complianceKeep the content management software up to date with necessary patchesPerform release management activitiesPerform server migration/upgrade activitiesPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Skills and Competencies:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience4+ years content management experienceThorough understanding of content management systemsExperience troubleshooting and resolving integrity and performance issuesExperience with performance tuning a content management environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Desired Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experienceExperience in OpenText Content Server, Archive Server, OCC/IC, OTDS, Brava and InfoarchiveExperience administrating IIS, Tomcat, Apache, or other web hosting platformsExpert experience in implementing operational automationCompensationCompensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - 159,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
