Manage the Request for Proposal process, ensure the Marketing team is meeting deadlines and creating a crisp, professional response to all RFP'sManage all internal collateral for operations, recruiting, and other departments as needed. Includes understanding needs, conceptualizing piece, and working with Graphic Designer to produce needed piecesWork with our outside vendors to keep our website current and search engine optimized; report monthly on impact of SEO effortsDevelop and contribute to blog regularly and identify new content opportunitiesManage LW's digital presence, including social media management, creation of blog posts, and monthly reportingCreate and implement email marketing campaigns to market to prospect and existing customer segmentsSupport business development team by providing sales data, presentation materials, and lead distributionCreate and distribute internal communications for Landscape Workshop employees, including the monthly newsletter, meeting surveys, and employee engagement surveyKeep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receiptMaintain memberships in specified trade organizations; Organize participation in events and trade showsManage freelancer relationships and ensure project deadlines and quality standards are metAct as a Landscape Workshop brand ambassador and uphold all core values
Experience Requirements:1-3 years of:
Marketing experience, specifically in the B2B space.Direct experience with digital marketing, SEO and website optimization, and social media management.Inventory control and product creation.Experience with proposal and sales team support.Creative writing skills for blog creation, internal and external communications and marketing campaigns.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related degree.Will also consider Bachelor's Degree and direct marketing experience.
Software and Online Tool Requirements:
Google Analytics experienceDigital Marketing experienceGraphic Design programs (PhotoShop, InDesign, etc.) or online tools (Canva) experienceExcel and Google Sheets
