Your role includes coordinating and overseeing studio services, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and maintaining the brand’s high standards.The Studio Service Manager will assist the management team with achieving sales targets by actively building and maintaining a clientele base.This role involves co-management of the VIP Studio, managing appointments to ensure maximum brand visibility and customer satisfaction.You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to VIC clients, stylists, and industry partners visiting our West Coast retail studio.PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES OF THE JOB:Develop and nurture relationships with high-profile clients, media representatives, ensuring personalized and exceptional service. Managing sales from beginning to end.Coordinate and Host Dressing Appointments for VICs.Accommodate Stylist + VIC Requests and Consignment Pulls.Create and maintain a VIC client database, tracking preferences, purchases, and important dates.Work closely with store management, sales team, and VIP & Press Specialist to align activities with business goals.Manage and develop brand's Studio Services including but not limited to - Made to Measure, Personal Shopping and Wardrobe consulting.Stay updated on the latest product offerings, promotions, and brand initiatives to effectively engage with Studio clients and press members.Prepare regular reports on studio performance metrics.Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of studio initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times and be present for all meetings regarding new season merchandise.Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Paul Smith’s values and aesthetics in all interactions.Maintain the studio's appearance to the highest standards, ensuring that it reflects the brand's image of luxury and exclusivity.Any other related duties that are outlined from time to time by Shop Management.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, sales, or VIC client management.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and high-profile clientele. Proven relationships with Stylists, High Level Clientele, required.Excellent communication, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Market awareness and passion for fashion and luxury retail.High level of professionalism and discretion.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.Knowledge in luxury tailoring, preferred.WHO YOU AREHigh level interest in the Paul Smith brand.Ability to be an ambassador for Paul Smith.Passion for style and fashion and retail in general.Has ability to motivate team; self-motivated & enthusiastic.Self-starter with good planning & organizational skills.Able to work flexible hours to meet business demands if required.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU$34 - $36 hourly + commissionA generous Clothing Allowance.Discretionary discount on Paul Smith goods.Basic medical and dental insurance, disability, life insurance at no cost to you.401k with a 3% match.Vacation, sick/personal days in accordance with Company Policy.At Paul Smith, we celebrate and encourage applications from all walks of life into our growing workforce.
