Our work blends timeless craftsmanship with modern elegance, and we’re looking for a passionate, detail-obsessed Interior Designer to help bring our visions to life. About the Role: In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the interiors of our luxury new construction projects—from materials and finishes to built-ins and styling. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, and who brings both artistic vision and executional rigor to every detail. If you’re someone who loves getting into the weeds with materials, cares deeply about how a space feels, and enjoys collaborating with builders, vendors, and creatives alike—this might be the perfect fit. Key Responsibilities Lead interior design and materials selection for new construction luxury homes (including surfaces, plumbing fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, built-ins, and millwork) Create detailed elevations of interior living spaces using AutoCAD or a similar tool Conduct regular site visits to ensure design details are implemented correctly by subcontractors Coordinate with external partners to assist in generating renderings Build strong relationships with suppliers to optimize product sourcing and explore brand partnerships Develop and manage project plans focused on interior design execution What You Bring Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar software) Deep passion for design, with a sharp eye and proven creative acumen Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction detailing Familiarity with innovative building products and tech (e.g., surface brands with embedded smart features like Cosentino x Freepower) Experience in high-end residential construction environments Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills An early adopter mindset—curious about new design tools, especially AI Highly motivated and achievement-driven Strong research and sourcing capabilities Comfortable in front of a camera (we make a lot of content) Qualifications / Requirements Formal education in interior design, architecture, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of professional design experience A polished portfolio that demonstrates your design acumen A car and driver's license We’re looking for someone who wants to help shape homes that leave a lasting impression.
