The Graphic Designer at Swire Properties will support the Marketing Department at Brickell City Centre by developing and executing compelling visual assets across digital, print, signage, event and experiential applications. In addition to retail marketing, this role will contribute to creative initiatives for residential projects, most notably, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, and Swire’s broader corporate branding efforts. The ideal candidate is a highly creative and detail-oriented designer with a strong portfolio, excellent time management skills, and the ability to translate brand strategy into elevated consumer-facing and B2B design. This position requires cross-functional collaboration and the ability to work seamlessly across a variety of brand guidelines and creative directions.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for all consumer-facing and B2B marketing materials, including advertising, digital, print, websites, presentations, signage, newsletters, events, and on-site experiences.
- Support marketing creative initiatives across Brickell City Centre, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, and Swire Properties' corporate efforts.
- Maintain and ensure brand consistency across all creative, working within a variety of brand guidelines and visual identities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, retailers, and external partners to bring creative concepts to life.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, on brand, and with attention to detail.
- Edit, retouch, and manipulate images for marketing and promotional use, with a working knowledge of basic camera operation for in-house photography needs.
- Prepare files for both digital publication and print production, ensuring accuracy in formatting, resolution, and specifications.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and templates, supporting workflow efficiency.
- Stay informed on design trends and tools to continuously enhance creative output.
- Support other creative projects and team initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency or in-house brand team.
- Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with experience in mockups, web design and multimedia presentations.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media specs, with the ability to design assets optimized for each platform.
- Working knowledge of email design and layout best practices, including a mix of live text and image-based content.
- Experience with WordPress templates and basic front-end web skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with animation and video formats (.gif, .mp4) and tools such as Adobe After Effects/Premier a plus.
- Skilled in image retouching, manipulation, and preparing files for both digital and print production.
- Adaptive design eye and attention to detail across luxury, retail, and real estate visual standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong time management with the ability to intake briefs, set priorities, and meet deadlines independently.
- Receptive to feedback and able to incorporate input from various stakeholders with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience working within luxury, real estate, or retail environments preferred.
