Description About the RoleWe're looking for an Account Supervisor to join our in-house creative studio - someone who can serve as a trusted partner to clients, a calm force for project teams, and a strategic liaison between creative vision and flawless delivery.You'll oversee the day-to-day management of key studio accounts and ensure projects run smoothly from kickoff to final delivery. Whether it's a creative, digital, or video production, you'll be the one who connects the dots - aligning priorities, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality creative meets client needs.This role also plays a key part in growing the studio's footprint. As a studio representative, you'll partner with Syneos teams on new business opportunities - representing the studio's capabilities, identifying internal groups that could benefit from our shared service model, and helping articulate how the studio can add value at every stage of the creative process.What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across assigned accountsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal cross-functional teamsTranslate client needs to clear creative briefs and actionable deliverablesManage timelines, scope, and budgets in partnership with Project ManagementLead internal status meetings and client check-ins; keep all parties aligned and informedAnticipate project risks and proactively solve issues before they escalateChampion creative integrity while ensuring delivery meets client expectations and business goalsAct as a studio representative in new business conversations - partnering with Syneos teams to showcase capabilities, explore opportunities, and grow internal awareness of the studio's offeringsHelp identify internal teams or business units that could benefit from creative support and actively promote studio solutions to meet their needsProvide mentorship and oversight to junior account team members, where applicableWhat You Bring5 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a creative agency or in-house studio settingProven ability to manage complex, multi-track projects with competing deadlinesStrong understanding of creative and production processes across digital, print, and videoExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalStrategic thinker with strong attention to detail and follow-throughCalm under pressure, adaptable, and solution-orientedComfortable working with creatives, strategists, producers, and clients alikeBonus PointsExperience in healthcare, clinical trials, or regulated industriesFamiliarity with creative ops tools like WrikeBackground working in a shared services or matrixed environmentExperience supporting or participating in new business effortsThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
