$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

- Create original, platform-optimized content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives
- Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos using professional equipment and mobile devices
- Write engaging captions that embody our brand voice and encourage audience interaction
- Monitor trends across platforms and implement timely, relevant content strategies
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on data insights
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community-building initiatives
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes and best practices
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of professional social media content creation experience
- Excellent photography and basic video editing skills
- Strong writing abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
