Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Lead Interactive Recruiter and Account Manager at Synergy Interactive Visual Designer with Strong Figma Expertise : Create visually compelling designs with a strong foundation in color theory, layout, typography, and branding, using Figma as the primary tool, along with Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
Marketing-Focused Design Experience : Develop high-quality digital marketing assets, including banner ads, email layouts, pop-ups, and landing pages, rather than large-scale web or product design.
Collaboration with Engineers & Web Developers : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and engineers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs while maintaining brand consistency and adherence to style guidelines.
Agency or Platform Background with Client Interaction : Experience working at an agency, platform, or marketing firm, designing assets for a diverse client base, with strong client-facing skills to gather requirements and present design solutions effectively.
