Live and breathe customer needs and help drive human-centered design process to ensure solutions are grounded in real world challenges for customers.Work with internal partners, including business planning, finance, research, engineering, and marketing to execute strategies with passion, precision, and excellence.Recommend feature prioritization and product-market fit for fueling product momentum.Conduct market and consumer research, as well as competitive analysis, for how shoppers engage with AI.Develop deep understanding of customer needs, mindset, and value props. Represent customer voice – needs – and unmet needs – to shape product and marketing roadmap.Define market readiness for features, as well as identify target customers and execute strategy for customer journeys.Think creatively about customer/business problems and generate innovative solutions and energy through storytelling.Skills & Experience

Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.
