Responsibilities

• Awareness of regulatory guidelines (PhRMA, IFPMA, USFDA-OPDP, MHRA, EMA, etc.) for product promotion, advertising standards, Sunshine Act, Prescription Drug Marketing Act, anti kick-back laws, plagiarism, and copyright laws.
• Maintain a firm understanding of the US regulatory landscape.
• Perform exhaustive medical and regulatory reviews of content to ensure accuracy, consistency with references, proper sequencing, and bibliography correctness. Ensure scientific information is current, valid, and compliant with respective country's pharma regulations.
• Conduct focused reviews of content, detect and highlight branded or promotional content.
• Share content review status updates with the project lead on a daily and weekly basis.
• Check scientific accuracy and correctness of content, ensuring evidence support, accurate depiction of data in tables/graphs, and absence of contradictory messages.
• Ensure correct citations are used as per company referencing style and conventions.
