Job Details

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for photography, video production, and graphic design
• Conceptualize, develop, produce, and edit audio, video, and animation content for digital channels, social media, and other platforms
• Participate in all production stages: ideating, storyboarding, scouting, capturing footage, creating animations, and editing
• Travel to various locations to capture community, event, and campaign content
• Deliver client-ready assets for social media, brand marketing, advertising, print, and digital banners
• Manage media equipment, assets, and files; ensure consistent brand look across digital content
• Support teams with design requests
• Manage projects independently to meet deadlines
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Sound Like You?

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts, animation, video, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in motion graphics, video, and photo editing
• Experience with post-production software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Experience with storyboarding and/or 3D design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Essential Functions

• Report daily to the Division/Corporate Office/Community and adhere to schedule
• Access, input, and retrieve information from electronic devices
• Engage in face-to-face conversations with customers, colleagues, and managers
• Sit or stand for extended periods and move around as needed
• Operate a motor vehicle if required
• Follow company policies and procedures

Physical Demands

• Remain stationary up to 50% of the time
• Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally

*Experience with Taylor Morrison or completing training may override formal education or experience requirements.
